Without wanting to sound like some sort of ersatz 'Road to Damascus' type experience, I have met and been addressed by a lot of speakers over the years at various events but this was the first time I met someone who could talk in real language and relate the whole thing to real people and real life and am still using it over a year after the event, which is nowhere near any other 'system' of problems/challenge solving methods I have seen or been encouraged to use over the past 20 years or so. I use SUMO in my work and home life and IT WORKS! It Rocks! Plus it makes me genuinely laugh every time I see the SUMO 7 Questions postcard. A firm fixture to the wall above my desk.

Thank you paul for opening my eyes. I'm 50 years old and for the last 50 years i've been wearing the " VICTIM " T-Shirt. Thanks to seeing and listening to you at a recent conference i now know how to disgard that T-Shirt and put on my S.U.M.O. T-shirt. Many thanks Paul, keep up the good work.

Hi Paul, thank you so much, your words and phrases are so easy to remember and I often use them at work and home. At work I use all of the postcard phrases from time to time (maybe not outloud) but love the 'on a scale of 1 - 10...' its my favourate. At home they have helped both my hubby and myself through so many different situations and when he's had a bad day at work I read them all out to him!! I like to think I'm a 'positive person' but even we have bad days so thanks for your inspirational book and presentation.

Sumo has helped me realise that i cannot live life on a ''wing and a prayer''. Rather think, plan and execute. And ofcourse SUMO the rest.
